WEDNESDAY 1st MAY 2024

Through dance we can access the unconscious world where our emotions and thoughts are experienced and processed. Biodanza – a dance with life – offers us the opportunity to integrate aspects of our self into an experience of harmony with ourselves and the world around, particularly with other people and within all our relationships. This experience of harmony and balance is one of the ways that we can access our natural impulses of joy!

These classes are open to people with experience of at least one class of Biodanza. New beginners classes will be opening this year so please stay in touch for details

NEXT CLASS – THE 12th OF THE YEAR

WEDNESDAY 27th MARCH 2024

continuing to explore intention, movement, dance and expression in the last class of term. New term – ‘Accessing our inner child’ – from 24th April 2024

Through dance we can access the unconscious world where our emotions and thoughts are experienced and processed.
