Through dance we can access the unconscious world where our emotions and thoughts are experienced and processed. Biodanza – a dance with life – offers us the opportunity to integrate aspects of our self into an experience of harmony with ourselves and the world around, particularly with other people and within all our relationships. This experience of harmony and balance is one of the ways that we can access our natural impulses of joy!
Classes are usually open to people with experience of at least one class of Biodanza. New beginners classes will be specially notified here from time to time so please stay in touch for details
Full term (8 weeks) £90
or PAYG (pay as you go) per week £12/14 (low / high income)
